On Sunday, after dim sum with the gang, my friend Anita suggested that we go to Nadège for some macaroons. Since I recently declared La Bomboche has having the best I've ever had in my life, I decided to try something different instead – which is the beauty you see above. I mean for the love of Gucci – can you stand how beautiful this dessert is? This chilled peach coloured half-dome of white chocolate filled with a vanilla bean creme and raspberry sauce, topped with fresh mini figs, assorted berries and a toasted coconut marshmallow was as spectacular to eat as it was to look at. If you haven't gone to this marvelous patisserie yet – you must! You'll probably see me as I'm thinking about setting up my 2nd office there. ;-)
